Our romantic escape was lovely! Our room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bath products. The location was perfect, with easy access to dining and shopping options and stunning mountain views. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start our day.
Although our room was well-appointed, we found it a bit small for our liking. The lack of a pool or fitness center was also a disappointment.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our city break a memorable one. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the ski-lifts and the high street. We also loved the modern styling of the hotel and the attention to detail they put into everything.
While the pool area was relaxing, it was a bit too warm for us to actually swim properly. We also would have preferred if there was a restaurant on site instead of having to venture out for meals. The internet connection was a bit poor, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay at this lovely hotel.

The Belarosa Hotel Superior in Arosa exceeded our expectations in every way. The top-floor room was amazing, with stunning views and comfortable beds. The staff's kindness and hospitality were exceptional, and the spa and swimming pool were a delightful bonus. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. The location was convenient, close to ski lifts and restaurants.

My family had a fantastic stay in this cozy town in early January. the hotel's location is super convenient, close to multiple ski lifts and great restaurants. We were impressed with the comfortable and immaculate rooms, which were well-stocked with toiletries, bathrobes, and plenty of coffee capsules. the breakfast spread was ample and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the fantastic spa area and swimming pool available , complete with multiple types of saunas and a little toboggan for the kids.
The hotel charges for Wi-Fi in rooms, which is a bit of a letdown.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist me. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and spa, were fantastic. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the tasty breakfast. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, making transportation very convenient.
Nothing could have been better.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff provided us with valuable tips to explore the area and gave us a discount card for transportation. Our room was absolutely perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony and all the amenities we could ask for. The beds and bed linen were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The hotel also had a fantastic swimming pool and spa area that we could use for free, which was a great bonus.
This place is highly recommended for its enhanced comfort, quality services, and luxurious amenities.
